The Operations Assistant serves as a right hand to the Head of Service Delivery, playing a key role in maintaining operational excellence across client-facing systems and workflows.
This is not a purely administrative position. It is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and service delivery standards are upheld and continuously improved.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong judgment and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations. Not every process will be fully defined, and success in this role requires connecting information across systems, identifying gaps, and moving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
This role requires technical confidence and systems thinking. The Operations Assistant should be comfortable working within CRM platforms (primarily GoHighLevel), reporting dashboards, spreadsheets, and workflow automation tools. They should be able to independently troubleshoot issues, validate data accuracy, and resolve operational inconsistencies without requiring constant direction.
The Operations Assistant strengthens the Head of Service Delivery’s capacity by anticipating needs, maintaining operational clarity, and contributing to a consistently high client experience.
