Job Role: Graphic Designer

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: It is an independent branding and marketing agency that partners with businesses to transform strategic ideas into measurable commercial outcomes. Drawing from experience on both the agency and client side, the company delivers end-to-end support across brand development, campaign execution, and ongoing marketing initiatives. With a strong focus on clear strategy, purposeful creative, and performance-driven marketing, it works closely with clients to ensure every initiative aligns with broader business objectives and supports sustainable growth.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll bring brand ideas to life across print and digital platforms — from brand identity and brochures to website design, digital assets, and motion graphics. Working closely with the Creative Director and marketing team, you’ll deliver high-quality visuals that elevate multiple property and lifestyle brands while ensuring a cohesive, premium brand experience across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop brand identities, including logos, brand systems, and visual guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality brochures, capability documents, product guides, and marketing collateral.
  • Design digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Contribute to website design, including UX/UI layouts and visual interface design.
  • Create video animations, motion graphics and simple video edits for social, web and campaigns.
  • Develop visual concepts and creative directions for marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy across specifications and artwork setup.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, digital and strategy teams to ensure design aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and client deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years’ experience in a graphic design role (agency or studio experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across brand identity, print, and digital design.
  • Experience designing brochures, property marketing collateral and brand systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience designing for web and digital platforms, including UX/UI layouts.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to prepare print-ready artwork and manage production requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with property, real estate, architecture, development or luxury brands.
  • Experience designing signage, large format print or environmental graphics.
  • Knowledge of website platforms such as WIX, Squarespace, WordPress or similar.
  • Illustration or advanced animation skills.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
