We are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial Product Leader to build and scale Trustly’s Enterprise Insights business.
This is a high-impact, 0→1 role responsible for defining product strategy, owning commercialization, and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions that expand Trustly’s value beyond payments.
You will operate at the intersection of payments infrastructure, underwriting, risk analytics, and enterprise SaaS, shaping both the product and the business model. This role requires strong product judgment, commercial instincts, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
You will partner directly with executive leadership and collaborate across Engineering, Data, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Define the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for Enterprise Insights
Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise use cases powered by Trustly’s data
Establish differentiated positioning within the market
Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies
Partner with enterprise sales teams on deal structuring and partner integrations
Own KPIs tied to revenue, adoption, activation, and long-term retention
Drive business case development and investment prioritization
Lead complex technical integrations with external providers and enterprise partners
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to define scalable data models, APIs, and signal frameworks
Create reusable product infrastructure that supports a broader Enterprise Insights portfolio
Establish internal playbooks, documentation, and best practices
WHO YOU ARE
8+ years of Product Management experience
Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines required
Experience building and scaling enterprise B2B data products or fintech platforms
Demonstrated success owning 0→1 product launches with measurable revenue impact
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and navigating complex commercial environments
Strong understanding of underwriting, risk, payments infrastructure, or financial data systems
Experience working with structured transaction data and building scalable signal frameworks
Strong quantitative instincts and ability to define and operationalize success metrics
Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
