Trustly

Lead Product Manager, Enterprise Insights

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial Product Leader to build and scale Trustly’s Enterprise Insights business.
This is a high-impact, 0→1 role responsible for defining product strategy, owning commercialization, and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions that expand Trustly’s value beyond payments.

You will operate at the intersection of payments infrastructure, underwriting, risk analytics, and enterprise SaaS, shaping both the product and the business model. This role requires strong product judgment, commercial instincts, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.

You will partner directly with executive leadership and collaborate across Engineering, Data, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Define the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for Enterprise Insights
  • Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise use cases powered by Trustly’s data
  • Establish differentiated positioning within the market
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies
  • Partner with enterprise sales teams on deal structuring and partner integrations
  • Own KPIs tied to revenue, adoption, activation, and long-term retention
  • Drive business case development and investment prioritization
  • Lead complex technical integrations with external providers and enterprise partners
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to define scalable data models, APIs, and signal frameworks
  • Create reusable product infrastructure that supports a broader Enterprise Insights portfolio
  • Establish internal playbooks, documentation, and best practices

  • WHO YOU ARE
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines required
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise B2B data products or fintech platforms
  • Demonstrated success owning 0→1 product launches with measurable revenue impact
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and navigating complex commercial environments
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, risk, payments infrastructure, or financial data systems
  • Experience working with structured transaction data and building scalable signal frameworks
  • Strong quantitative instincts and ability to define and operationalize success metrics
  • Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
