Your mission transcends project management: you must ensure that AI technology is operationalized with a total focus on impact generation and perceived value for the client.
You will be the leader responsible for implementation—preparing the ground and enabling the operations team so they can execute with full autonomy after completing cycles of learning and success.
Main Responsibilities
Scope and Value Strategy: Apply strategic thinking to scope definition and delivery prioritization, ensuring the project roadmap is always oriented toward optimizing Value Realization.
AI Operationalization: Lead the implementation of AI-based solutions, translating global offerings into the client's operational reality with flexibility and a critical perspective.
Relationship and Influence: Act as the primary operational point of contact, building and maintaining a relationship of trust with the client. You must be able to influence stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project fluidity.
Leadership and Enablement: Lead and motivate the team, fostering a high-performance environment. Orchestrate knowledge transfer to the operations team, ensuring the local squad reaches the maturity required to operate full cycles autonomously.
Lean Leadership and Autonomy: Conduct the project with a focus on Lean Leadership, independently leading the PDCA cycle based on internal and external metrics to ensure continuous improvement and tangible impacts from the client's perspective.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Resolve obstacles that arise during execution, ensuring the project maintains momentum.
Pushing for Value Realization: Act proactively in evaluating and "pushing" for value generation, supporting the Contract Manager in identifying metrics to be pursued and monitored, and ensuring operational execution sustains tangible results.
Product Feedback Loop and Governance: Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to both the offerings governance team and the associated product team, ensuring tools evolve based on real-world usage.
Monitoring and Control: Monitor progress against the plan, manage the budget (if applicable), and ensure proficiency in using management tools (Jira, Azure, etc.).

AI for Efficiency Mastery: Solid knowledge of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem (GenAI, LLMs, and automation) and its impact on operational efficiency.
SDLC Experience: Proficiency in mapping the development lifecycle to identify operational gaps and delivery acceleration opportunities through AI implementation and process improvement.
Multidisciplinary Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams (direct or partners) in dynamic environments with high levels of uncertainty.
Project Management and Tools: Advanced proficiency in management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to prioritize the backlog with a focus on ROI and business impact.
Risk Management: Technical skill to anticipate problems and structure effective mitigation plans.
