Health & Benefits Sales Professional – Mid-Market Accounts | Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary: Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professional to join our mid-market sales team. In this hybrid role, you will drive revenue by managing a large book of business, engaging C-suite executives, and delivering innovative employee benefits solutions for companies with 1,000–5,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a large mid-market book of business through consultative, broker-style sales.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including pricing negotiations and proposal presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
  • Develop innovative solutions for employee benefits, health plans, financial security, and career development.
  • Research market trends, identify new accounts, and expand existing client relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional organizations to expand your network.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 5+ years of health and benefits sales experience targeting companies with 1,000–5,000 employees.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing complex mid-market accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience in broker-style, solution-based sales.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
  • Reside within commuting distance of Denver office; ALASKA & HAWAII excluded.
