Expert Motion Designer

Job Description



What you'll be doing:
  • Help develop and bring creative concepts to life utilizing editorial and motion graphics skills;
  • Work to tell visually compelling and engaging brand stories;
  • Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all members of the team;
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas;
  • Design projects from scratch and expand upon existing packages;
  • Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process;
  • Adhere to current processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations;
  • Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project;
  • Institute and actively lead editing and post-production projects. This role is responsible for finalizing post production, including video editing when necessary;
  • Demonstrate the ability to integrate into the video production team, finding where your talents can enhance any given project;
  • Work with external suppliers who are producing video assets for us to ensure they are adhering to our brand guide and format guidelines.

  • What you need to have:
  • You have a reel and online portfolio showcasing numerous examples of current up-to-date work;
  • Minimum three years experience animating and creating motion graphics;
  • Great understanding of animation principles and design principles;
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
  • Knowledge of Rive allowing integration of motion graphics to enhance Digital Experiences;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style;
  • Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design;
  • Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution;
  • Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
