Health Services of North Texas, Inc. is seeking a creative, data‑driven Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to help expand our online presence and connect more patients and families to our services. Key Responsibilities


Develop and schedule engaging content for social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), highlighting services, events, and patient‑focused stories.
Assist with managing and updating website content, ensuring information about locations, services, and programs is accurate, accessible, and search‑friendly.
Support email marketing campaigns, including building contact lists, drafting messages, and tracking open and click‑through rates.
Monitor basic performance metrics (such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign results) and prepare simple reports with insights and recommendations.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital channels in line with organizational guidelines.
Conduct basic research on digital trends and similar organizations to identify opportunities for improvement in content and outreach.
Assist with creating simple graphics or coordinating with designers for digital materials (social posts, newsletters, web banners, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, updates, and information that can be shared digitally to educate and engage the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications


Experience in digital marketing, social media management, communications, or a related field is preferred; motivated self‑learners with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
Basic familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content updates (using CMS or similar tools).
