Role Overview

We are looking for 2 Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to support the Mac & Mobile Enhancements initiative, focused on improving platform reliability, developer experience, and device management capabilities.

A key component of this project is the migration from on-prem Jamf infrastructure to Microsoft Intune for macOS device management. Following migration, enhanced Intune capabilities (including Managed Apple Accounts) will be deployed across the macOS user community.

The role combines infrastructure engineering, reliability, rollout coordination, and security/compliance support within macOS and iOS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure supporting macOS and iOS development, testing, and deployment

• Support the migration from Jamf to Microsoft Intune

• Provision systems and configure environments for development and production

• Monitor platform health, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis

• Implement development changes across UAT and Production environments

• Manage live rollout activities and coordinate user communications

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and engineering teams to improve developer experience

• Contribute to security hardening and compliance initiatives

• Participate in incident response processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer

• Hands-on experience with macOS and iOS environments

• Experience with Microsoft Intune (device onboarding, policy configuration, management)

• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers

• Experience managing production rollouts and environment changes

• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jamf (especially migration scenarios)

• Experience in large enterprise device management environments

• Familiarity with Agile project environments

• Experience supporting developer experience (DevEx) initiatives
