We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of Belkins' web presence — the primary growth engine for one of the leading B2B lead generation companies. This is a solo design role embedded in a tight-knit marketing team (SEO, Content, Developer, Manager). You won't have a Design Lead above you, but you will have real impact, fast feedback loops, and a product where your decisions move the needle on revenue.
Your north star metric: Conversion Rate to booked calls.
What You'll Own
Web design end-to-end: Belkins.io is your main arena (90% of the time), with occasional support for our sister brand Revit. From wireframe to pixel-perfect Figma handoff, you drive the process.
Content-first UI: Our pages are B2B and content-heavy. Your job is to take complex, dense copy and shape it into something scannable, visually light, and conversion-driven. You'll read the content, not just place it.
Conversion optimization: Run ~3 A/B tests per month. Use GA4 and heatmaps to spot friction, form hypotheses, and design experiments. You're expected to think like a growth partner, not just an executor.
Design system maintenance: Work within and evolve our existing Figma system. Update outdated components, build new scalable ones, and keep the dev handoff clean and consistent.
Technical collaboration: Work in a Design-First or Content-First flow with our developer.
Mobile-first is non-negotiable: Core Web Vitals and SEO impact are part of your design checklist.
AI-augmented workflow: We actively use LLMs and AI tools across the team. You're expected to do the same — for copy refinement, workflow speed, and staying sharp as AI search reshapes how users find us.
What You Should Have
3+ years of web or product design experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
Figma mastery: layers, components, auto-layout, dev mode, the works.
Strong UI sensibility: this role is ~65% UI, ~35% UX. Clean, modern, professional B2B aesthetic. You know the difference between "pretty" and "converts."
Business awareness: you can defend design decisions using user psychology and business logic, not just visual taste.
High autonomy: you manage your own time, own the quality of your output, and don't need someone checking your work to stay sharp.
English B2+ for daily content work and team communication.
