About the Role

We’re hiring an execution-ready SDR with at least 1 year of hands-on outbound prospecting experience.

This role involves daily cold calling, email outreach, and live discovery conversations with U.S.-based business professionals. You must be comfortable leading structured conversations and communicating clearly in real time.

This is not an entry-level training role.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Run structured discovery conversations
  • Qualify opportunities and set meetings
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up cadence

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year outbound SDR/BDR experience (cold calling required)
  • Experience conducting live discovery calls
  • Clear, structured verbal communication
  • Professional composure under pressure
  • Demonstrated job stability

Benefits

  • Base Pay: CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 per year
