The Role
We are looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Product Manager with in-depth experience in Web Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to lead our CRO efforts. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be the primary driver of growth across our entire conversion funnel.
You will lead agile CRO squads, collaborating with Engineering Managers, Designers, and Marketing to turn traveler insights into high-impact experiments. Your mission is to optimize the "discovery-to-request" journey, ensuring our site reflects our premium brand while maximizing conversion.
