Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent at our office in Portugal. In this role, you will be a vital member of our customer service team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients while enjoying the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Portugal.


Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional assistance for Dutch-speaking customers.
  • Share product information and guide clients through their questions related to services and accounts.
  • Tackle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and develop best practices.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and office software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to engage with a diverse customer base.
