Multilingual Customer Support Agent – Greece
Remote in Greece / Relocation to Athens
Salary: €1,045–1,500 (depending on language)
Start: March / April / May

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve account, service, and general support queries

• Deliver professional & empathetic support

• Meet quality, productivity, compliance standards

Requirements:

• Danish, German, Portuguese, or Dutch C2

• English B2+

• Customer service experience advantageous

• Willingness to relocate to Athens

Documentation Requirements:

• EU citizenship

• Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit

• Certificate of Protection (for refugees)
