OneIMS Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Marketing and Sales Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our marketing and sales teams. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, helping to coordinate marketing initiatives and sales processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing and sales teams by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and presentations to support team objectives.
  • Maintain project timelines and track progress on various marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to provide insights that support marketing and sales strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Help coordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, and client meetings, ensuring all details are managed and executed smoothly.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, marketing campaigns, and project documentation.
  • Assist with lead tracking and communication, inputting data into the CRM system as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and phone inquiries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance productivity for the marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and familiar with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in creating reports and presentations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and basic marketing principles is beneficial.
  • Strong Canva design Skills
  • Be able to complete task prior to deadlines
  • Move in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
