Full Stack Engineer .NET & React | Azure

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants more than just another project someone who values ownership, influence, and technical depth, while working with a modern stack and strong engineering peers. 

Requirements

You’ll join cross‑functional delivery teams building and evolving business critical platforms used in complex and regulated environments. 

Depending on the project, your work may include: 

• Designing and developing cloud‑native applications for digital compliance, analytics, and operational management 

• Contributing to greenfield initiatives, as well as modernizing existing systems 

• Building scalable backend services and intuitive, performant frontends 

• Participating in architectural decisions and shaping long‑term technical direction 

You’ll be involved across the full software development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and build end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions using .NET and React + TypeScript 

• Architect and implement scalable, secure, cloud‑native microservices 

• Build and maintain integrations with SQL and NoSQL data stores 

• Deploy and operate applications in Microsoft Azure, using modern CI/CD practices 

• Use AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality 

• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and domain experts 

• Take responsibility for performance, reliability, and security of the solutions you build 

Technical Environment 

You’ll work with a modern, production‑grade stack, including: 

• Backend: .NET, C#, REST APIs, microservices architecture 

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, Monitoring) 

• Databases: SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB 

• Engineering practices: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines 

• Tooling: AI‑assisted coding tools used as part of daily development 

Qualifications 

Must‑Have 

• 3+ years of experience in full‑stack software development 

• Strong experience with:  

• .NET / C#, REST APIs, microservices 

• React + TypeScript 

• Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, monitoring) 

• SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB) 

• Hands‑on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines 

• Solid understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and secure coding practices 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with enterprise system modernization or migrations 

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments 

• Interest in technical documentation and architectural decision‑making
