Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and vision.

  • Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for technology projects and initiatives.
  • Represent the company in external technology forums and discussions to establish partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO or in another leadership role within a technology-focused organization.
  • Exceptional understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, cloud computing, and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with establishing and maintaining IT infrastructures, security measures, and compliance protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic decision-making and align technological advancements with business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
