Job Role: Branding & Marketing Specialist

Compensation range: $1500 - $1800 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: A third-generation civil and construction organisation with over 60 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects. Its legacy began in 1958 when its founder started as a surveyor on the Snowy Scheme and later built a civil engineering business that shaped regional infrastructure. Established formally in 1996, the company evolved from temporary works design for major projects into a civil contractor specializing in bridgeworks and technical infrastructure, now led by the next generation of directors committed to quality and community impact.

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Branding & Marketing Specialist to manage and strengthen our brand presence across multiple channels. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, developing marketing materials, managing digital content, and supporting lead-generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

    • Brand Management: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
    • Marketing Materials: Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional materials.
    • Website Management: Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
    • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms; monitor and report on performance metrics.
    • Lead Generation Support: Assist marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating new business opportunities.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing and branding projects.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in branding, marketing, and digital content management.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, website CMS, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in lead-generation campaigns and marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
