We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded

- Assist clients with property inquiries, showings, and rental applications

- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and follow up with clients

- Manage client accounts and update information in the company's database

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate and helpful information to clients

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related field is a plus

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software

- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is an asset

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
