Our Digital Sales team is growing! We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative for our team! We are seeking a dedicated representative to support our digital sales team in our Dock & Yard SaaS Division

LOCATION: Remote- Latam


WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
  • Research and prioritize target warehouse and distribution companies and their key decision-makers
  • Engage senior executives through high-volume outbound (phone, email, social)
  • Book qualified intro meetings for Account Executives
  • Confidently communicate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions
  • Develop SaaS sales skills with a clear path to a closing role
  • Contribute to a high-performance, winning sales culture
  • Help craft creative, compelling outbound messaging for ideal customers

  • YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:
  • 0–1+ years of sales or lead generation experience with a track record of hitting goals
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills
  • High energy self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership over learning and success
