This position offers the opportunity to work in beautiful Bulgaria, with paid relocation included! As a vital member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to Latvian-speaking clients and help them with their inquiries regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Latvian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing a variety of inquiries related to our services.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding product offerings, account management, and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and service quality.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance customer experience and streamline service processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the most effective support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable with office software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
