In this role, you will be vital in delivering outstanding customer service to our Icelandic-speaking clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with their inquiries.


Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing a variety of inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Offer detailed information regarding account management, service features, and resolve technical issues as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work to find effective solutions swiftly.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to facilitate communication and track service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and various departments to improve customer experience and service outcomes.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a remote or multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide thorough support to customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and immerse yourself in a new culture.
