We're looking for an Outbound SDR to own the top of the funnel for a fast-growing Australian cybersecurity company targeting $500,000 ARR across Australia and New Zealand. You'll prospect into compliance-driven industries, book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers, and free the Founder to focus entirely on closing and growth.
This is a high-activity outbound role where you'll run 80+ dials per day across phone, email, and LinkedIn, targeting companies with 100 to 400 active users in industries including energy, transport, aviation, finance, insurance, and medical data processing. You own Stage 1 of the sales process: booking trust-building introduction meetings where a free assessment is offered. No selling, no pricing. Your job is to get the right person in the room. Success is measured by qualified, attended meetings booked per month, with a minimum target of 8 and a stretch target of 12+ by Day 90.
