Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to lead and own the company’s internal marketing strategy and growth engine by driving qualified traffic, strengthening positioning and messaging, and improving conversion performance across the funnel. The role ensures that marketing efforts are strategically aligned, consistently executed, and performance-driven by coordinating cross-functional specialists and translating business goals into clear, measurable initiatives. Ultimately, this position exists to generate sustainable pipeline growth, support sales enablement, and elevate the overall quality and strategic direction of both internal marketing and select client-facing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Internal Marketing Strategy & Ownership

·        Lead and execute the company’s internal marketing roadmap.

·        Develop weekly execution plans to ensure consistent output and progress.

·        Own brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership

·        Coordinate specialists across SEO, paid ads, content, design, CRO, and sales enablement.

·        Translate strategic goals into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

·        Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and performance-driven.

3. Traffic & Conversion Growth

·        Increase qualified traffic across relevant acquisition channels.

·        Optimize conversion from visitor to lead through continuous funnel improvements.

·        Refine landing pages, offers, and messaging based on performance data.

4. Sales Enablement

·        Develop one-pagers, capability decks, case studies, and pitch materials.

·        Align marketing messaging with sales feedback and market insights.

5. Performance & Reporting

·        Track funnel metrics beyond vanity KPIs.

·        Provide clear reporting on performance, insights, and next steps.

·        Use data to guide strategy, prioritization, and optimization.

6. Selective Client Strategy Support

·        Provide high-level strategic input when required.

·        Join select client calls to present audits, strategy recommendations, or reporting.

Requirements

Skills / Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • BS in Digital in Marketing, Marketing management, E-Commerce management, Business Administration, BS IT.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of funnels, positioning, customer journeys, and conversion-focused marketing.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Confident leading Zoom calls with US-based stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
