Job Description

Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: Customer Service, Sales Support, & Administration Support

Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,200 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: An established family-owned manufacturing business specialising in made-to-order everlasting memorial plaques and personalised products. They serve both trade partners (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C), and have operated for over 20 years and continue to grow steadily.

Role Overview: This role provides structured, detail-focused support across customer service, artwork preparation, order coordination, administration and marketing support. The position requires high accuracy, clear communication and strong ownership of responsibilities. We are seeking a dedicated, long-term team member who will become an integrated and valued part of the business. Stability, maturity and attention to detail are more important than high-volume call centre experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

Orders & Artwork Support

  • Process orders and create job files.
  • Create and manage artwork using templates.
  • Prepare artwork proofs (names, dates, layouts and inscriptions).
  • Track revisions and approvals.
  • Track order progress from artwork to dispatch.
  • Liaise with suppliers for repeat products.

Customer Service (Email-Based – B2B & B2C)

  • Respond to customer and trade partner email enquiries.
  • Provide clear, professional and empathetic written communication.
  • Provide order updates and confirmations.
  • Follow up approvals and missing information.
  • Escalate complex matters appropriately.
  • Reply to online reviews (Google and Judge.me)

Administration & Systems Support

  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Create and maintain contact lists.
  • Update Shopify and eBay listings (pricing, descriptions and images).
  • Assist with monthly reports and light reconciliation tasks.
  • Provide daily progress summaries.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with scheduling social media posts.
  • Support website and product updates.
  • Assist with prospecting communications.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in customer service, sales support, or administration roles.
  • Strong written English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised and process-driven.
  • Comfortable using various systems and software.
  • Reliable home working setup and comfortable working independently while aligned to Australian business standards.
