The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing, managing, and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote several clean transportation programs administered by CALSTART. This position requires strong marketing acumen, excellent project management abilities, superior communication skills, and an interest in sustainable transportation solutions. The Marketing Manager will report to the Deputy Director of Marketing and work cross-functionally across teams to achieve programmatic and organizational goals.

What You'll Do:
Campaign Execution: Develop, plan, manage, and execute multiple campaigns in support of CALSTART’s programs.
Audience Research: Conduct audience and market research to identify optimal channels for reaching and engaging target audience segments
Content Creation: Create and draft engaging content, including copy and initial design concepts for collateral, emails, social media, digital advertising, websites, and more.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

5-7 years of professional marketing experience in B2B marketing
