The Role

We’re hiring a full-cycle, outbound-focused Commercial Account Executive to win new mid-market fleet operators and expand accounts across the United Kingdom.

This is not an order-taking position, You will build a pipeline, run structured discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, close business, and grow accounts strategically over time.

Cold calling and proactive prospecting are part of the role. Consistent pipeline discipline is expected.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success/Experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect consistently via phone, LinkedIn, email, and partnerships

  • Lead consultative discovery around fleet operations, compliance, and ROI

  • Demonstrate EMDECS and telematics as integrated solutions

  • Close new mid-market business

  • Expand accounts through measurable value delivery

  • Maintain strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years’ B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Strong outbound prospecting capability

  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, or telematics (required)

  • Eligible to work in the UK

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)

  • 50/50 base + uncapped commission
