Responsibilities

• Interact with Croatian-speaking customers through various channels to address inquiries and provide support related to tourism products and services.
• Offer detailed information on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers in planning their trips and making reservations as needed.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and service improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on tourism trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to empathize with clients.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly within the tourism or travel industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Enthusiastic team player who contributes positively to team dynamics.
• A passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.
• Must hold an EU passport.
