Performacentric is an AI-driven performance improvement company helping small and mid-market organizations eliminate manual processes, unify fragmented data, and improve profitability through agentic AI solutions.
We work with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, HR leaders, and Marketing executives who are exploring AI but lack clarity on where to start. Our workshops and AI agents help them move from spreadsheets and siloed systems to automated, insight-driven operations.

This is a high-activity, high-ownership, high-growth sales role for someone who:

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to executives at small and mid-market companies and booking qualified meetings for our AI Workshops and AI Agent engagements.

Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to targeted decision-makers
Execute structured cold call campaigns into defined verticals
Follow up persistently via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Turn not now into tell me more
Identify executive-level pain points (profitability, inefficiency, data silos, manual processes)
Qualify prospects for AI Readiness and AI Performance Workshops
Book meetings directly on executive calendars
Track all activity in CRM (calls, emails, conversations, outcomes)
Maintain clean pipeline records
Follow defined sales cadence sequences
Hit weekly activity KPIs
Hit monthly meeting quotas
Contribute directly to pipeline growth
Within 30 Days:
Fully ramped on messaging
Confident on cold calls
Booking consistent meetings
Within 90 Days:
Consistently hitting activity targets
Exceeding meeting quota
Contributing meaningful pipeline value

1–3 years in inside sales, BDR, SDR, or high-activity outbound roles
Proven experience making high volumes of cold calls
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to speak confidently with executives
Experience using CRM tools
