Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Virtual Project Manager who can manage projects end-to-end, drive client engagement, and support business growth through sales calls. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented self-starter, organized, and comfortable using technology, including AI tools, to streamline processes. Prior experience with AI is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Conduct sales calls to prospective clients, identify opportunities, and support the sales pipeline
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and project updates professionally
  • Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflows, reporting, and efficiency
  • Track project metrics, prepare progress reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement processes for client onboarding, project tracking, and follow-ups
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks, recommending AI-driven or other technology-based solutions
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Maintain CRM systems and update client records regularly
  • Mentor or guide team members when projects involve multiple contributors

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on client delivery and sales
  • Comfortable leading sales conversations and building client relationships
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and virtual workflows (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
