The Role
Our client is hiring a Strategic Account Director to strengthen and expand our strategic relationships across APAC. This is not a hunting-focused role. The primary focus is on farming and growing existing strategic accounts, building advocacy, and staying top-of-mind with clients. A secondary responsibility is supporting the closing of new opportunities within existing or growth accounts.
You will serve as the face of the company for strategic clients, working closely with Survey Directors and regional leadership to deepen relationships, drive retention, and unlock expansion opportunities. This role reports directly to the Regional President (APAC) and operates at the same seniority level as regional leadership peers.
