About the Company

Our client is a fast-scaling international organization operating across multiple countries, focused on building high-performance sales teams and optimizing revenue infrastructure. With a strong growth trajectory and an expanding global footprint, they are investing heavily in revenue operations to build a scalable, automated, and data-driven sales engine.

We are looking for an absolute Pipedrive Expert to take full ownership of our global CRM ecosystem. You will be the architect of our revenue engine designing, optimizing, and scaling the infrastructure that powers sales, marketing, and operations across multiple countries.

You won’t just manage Pipedrive you will:

  • Re-engineer pipelines for maximum conversion
  • Automate repetitive workflows
  • Eliminate bottlenecks before they slow growth
  • Build a scalable, data-driven revenue machine

You will work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Operations, serving as the internal CRM specialist and strategic advisor. If you thrive in remote RevOps jobs, love solving API challenges, and enjoy building scalable automation systems, this is an elite-level opportunity.

This is not a maintenance role, it is a strategic, high-impact Revenue Operations position where you will architect and continuously optimize the company’s global CRM and sales infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipedrive Architecture & Management
    • Act as the primary global administrator of our Pipedrive environment
    • Design and optimize high-converting, scalable sales pipelines
    • Implement advanced custom fields, filters, views, and permission structures
    • Structure pipelines for multi-country operations while maintaining unified data architecture
    • Conduct proactive system audits to eliminate inefficiencies
    • Implement continuous improvements without needing direction
    • Build standardized SOPs and documentation for all CRM processes
  • Automations & Integrations
    • Build and maintain complex automations using:
      • Pipedrive Workflow Automation
      • Zapier (multi-step Zaps)
      • Make (if applicable)
    • Manage integrations with:
      • Calendly (bookings)
      • DocuSign (contracts & agreements)
      • Aircall (VoIP system)
      • Email marketing platforms
    • Troubleshoot API connections and sync errors
    • Maintain data integrity across the entire tech stack
    • Design automation flows that reduce manual admin for sales teams
  • Revenue Operations & Strategy
    • Collaborate with country managers to adapt pipelines to local market needs
    • Oversee lead flow routing and assignment logic
    • Ensure marketing-qualified leads are captured and distributed correctly
    • Build advanced Pipedrive “Insights” dashboards to track:
      • Conversion rates
      • Sales velocity
      • Funnel leakage
      • Country-level performance
    • Identify pipeline friction points and fix them
  • Marketing & Stakeholder Support
    • Support marketing segmentation and email campaign execution within Pipedrive
    • Act as the internal CRM help desk for sales teams
    • Translate technical CRM capabilities into business value
    • Liaise with external vendors and implementation partners

Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Pipedrive administration experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Pipedrive workflows, custom fields, filters, permissions & reporting
  • Proven experience building multi-step automations in Zapier (or similar platforms).
  • Experience integrating Aircall, Calendly, DocuSign, and email marketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Operations & Revenue Operations principles
  • Ability to explain technical systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders in a remote environment.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Pipedrive Certified Expert status.
  • German language proficiency.
  • Advanced Zapier automation experience.
  • Experience with email marketing integrations and CRM syncing.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and webhooks.
