  • Total Life Inc

Job Description

The Mission

At Total Life, we believe that the later chapters of life should be defined by growth, purpose, and emotional resilience. We are on a mission to revolutionize healthier aging by combating the silent epidemic of mental health issues and anxiety among the elderly. Our work is driven by a deep-seated commitment to making quality, affordable emotional support services easily accessible to a demographic that is too often overlooked in the digital health revolution.

We are a behavioral health company solely dedicated to the 65+ population. Our values are rooted in empathy, evidence-based care, and accessibility. We don’t just provide therapy; we empower seniors to redefine their identity, navigate complex health changes, and maintain a high quality of life. When you join Total Life, you aren’t just joining a platform—you are joining a movement to ensure that every senior has a partner in their mental health and wellness journey.

The Role

As the Product Manager for our internal platform at Total Life, you will be the "glue" between our operational needs and our technical execution. You aren’t just managing a roadmap; you are building the engine that allows our entire team to scale. You will work side-by-side with the Head of Engineering to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital tools, ensuring every feature released is functional, high-quality, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities (The Daily Grind)

  • Observe manual workflows used by care coordinators and clinicians to identify friction points and design automated solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Lead the development of the "Total Life Internal OS," ensuring non-technical staff have the digital tools they need to provide world-class care.
  • Utilize Figma or similar tools to build wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes. You will visualize logic and user flows to gain stakeholder buy-in before moving into the development phase.
  • Own the journey of a feature from the initial stakeholder "wish list" through to technical documentation, development, and final production.
  • Manage a high-volume intake of tickets in Jira/Linear. You will be responsible for distinguishing between "urgent bugs" and "strategic enhancements," ensuring the team is always working on the highest-impact tasks.
  • Lead rigorous Manual QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will be responsible for catching edge cases and writing comprehensive bug reports (including logs and reproduction steps) to ensure a stable environment for our clinical team.
  • Partner daily with the Head of Engineering to ensure the development roadmap is technically sound and perfectly aligned with clinical and operational priorities.
  • Act as the bridge between "business needs" and "technical reality." You will participate in deep-dive discussions regarding API logic, data schemas, and system architecture to ensure scalable product builds.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience — SaaS or Healthtech preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, demos, etc.
