Planner 5D is expanding its marketing team and is looking for a Middle / Senior Graphic Designer with strong motion skills and an AI-native mindset. In this role, you’ll create high-quality visual and motion assets for a wide range of marketing materials from landing pages and promo videos to CRM and social media campaigns, while actively leveraging AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and creative experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality marketing visuals for landing pages, paid ads, promos, CRM campaigns, and SMM materials
Create engaging motion graphics for promo videos, ads, and social media content
Use AI tools to enhance production workflows (concept generation, image creation, iterations, resizing, asset variations, etc.)
Own visual solutions from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance focus
Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms, formats, and resolutions
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across marketing materials
Collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and product designers to shape strong visual concepts
Proactively suggest visual and motion improvements based on performance data and trends
Stay up to date with design, motion, marketing, and AI trends
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or product-driven teams
Strong portfolio with marketing visuals and motion design examples
Advanced skills in Figma (complex layouts, components, auto-layout)
Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Solid motion design skills in After Effects (expressions and templates are a plus)
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for web, social, video, and CRM channels
AI-native mindset: confident use of generative AI tools for visuals, mood boards, ideation, variations, and workflow automation
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate cross-functionally
