About the Role
The Paid Social & Content Performance Specialist is responsible for driving both brand growth and measurable commercial results across our clients’ social media channels.
This hybrid role blends creative content execution with paid media strategy and performance optimisation. You will manage the full social ecosystem — from developing and producing engaging organic content to planning, launching, and scaling paid campaigns that generate leads, sales, and strong return on ad spend.
The objective is to ensure our clients’ social presence is not only compelling and on-brand, but strategically built to convert, grow, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
