Our Call Center Engineering team is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help evolve the services and infrastructure behind Sangoma’s CCaaS platform. You will work across the stack, partnering with product, platform, and voice engineering to deliver reliable, scalable customer experience capabilities. As a CX Full Stack Engineer at Sangoma, you will build the services and experiences that power real-time conversations for companies around the world. The work you do directly impacts reliability, usability, and the speed at which we deliver innovation across our CCaaS platform.
We are open to hiring this role in Brazil as a contractor or Colombia as full time employee.
