What you will do

  • Help customers with bookings, reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Respond to inquiries through written channels and occasional inbound calls
  • Ensure accurate case documentation and timely follow-up
  • Deliver a friendly, solution-oriented customer experience
  • Follow clear processes, quality guidelines, and best practices
  • Learn on the job with full training and continuous support provided


What we are looking for

  • Fluent or near-native (C1+) in one of the listed languages
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools
  • EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence card is mandatory
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece if not currently based there
