Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Developer to join our team and contribute to building a scalable API integration that connects clients, partners, and internal systems. You will work in a dynamic Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality microservices and REST APIs.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js microservices.
- Build and optimize REST APIs to standardize communication across client/partner and internal systems.
- Implement solutions leveraging AWS cloud services (EKS, MSK, Lambda, S3, OpenSearch).
- Ensure system observability and monitoring through Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to Agile best practices.
- Collaborate using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for documentation, tracking, and code management.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.
- Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Node.js in production systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and building REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: EKS, MSK, Lambda, S3, and OpenSearch.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools: Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews).
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in English (both speaking and reading).

Stand-out Requirements:
- Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and streaming systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices for APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and enterprise integration patterns.
