Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Account Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. This role will assist the sales and account management teams while learning the ropes of relationship-building and client success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day client account activities and coordination.
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Communicating with clients to address basic inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and helping to implement solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Maintaining detailed records of account activity and performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in account management, account coordination, or client support roles
  • Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Background in a B2B environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to support multiple accounts efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)
  • Ability to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and tracking abilities
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and account management teams

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT)
