We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale B2C partnerships across the Italian. This role is focused on player acquisition, brand growth, and community expansion through affiliates, influencers, media platforms, and content partners within the iGaming ecosystem.

You will work closely with marketing, cross-functionally with product and analytics teams to launch data-driven, performance-focused partnership campaigns while strengthening the brand presence in Tier 1 markets.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze market-specific dynamics, work cross-functionally with teams
  • marketing / product / design / analytics, and assess traffic sources in terms of cost vs. quality, ensuring each acquisition investment delivers maximum ROI and high-quality audience
  • Proficiency in English, Italian
  • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing and B2C acquisition strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing tools
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Strategic thinking with a clear understanding of how partnerships support broader marketing goals

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2C partnerships with affiliates, influencers, streamers, media platforms, and content partners in Italy.
  • Build and optimize partnership and affiliate programs focused on player acquisition, engagement, and retention. -Plan, launch, and coordinate joint B2C activations, including:
  1. content integrations
  2. exclusive promotions and tournaments
  3. co-branded campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance across:
  1. traffic quality and volume
  2. engagement and retention
  3. ROI, CPA, and alignment with internal KPIs
  • Prepare regular performance reports and propose data-driven optimizations
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, design, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment and execution quality
  • Prioritize traffic sources based on cost vs. quality, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth
