We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to strengthen our financial structure and support strategic decision-making with reliable, well-structured data. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys combining financial analysis with process improvement and operational consistency. You’ll be part of the Finance team, working closely with leadership and external accounting partners in Brazil and abroad. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. A typical workday might include:

• Preparing management reports and decision-support materials;
• ensuring consistency and reliability of financial data;
• interacting frequently with accounting partners in Brazil and internationally;
• supporting discussions and adjustments related to the accounting structure (Chart of Accounts, reconciliations of accounts payable/receivable, reclassifications, and balance consistency);
• analyzing and monitoring tax benefits (Lei do Bem);
• building and maintaining financial forecasts and cash flow projections; analyzing P&L and balance sheet performance;
• identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Previous experience in a Finance role aligned with a mid-level (pleno) position;
• Strong foundation in FP&A, financial analysis, and forecasting;
• Solid knowledge of Accounting and financial statements;
• Hands-on experience with financial planning and forecasting;
• Practical experience with cash flow management;
• Experience analyzing income statements and balance sheets;
• Experience driving automation and process improvements;
• Comfort working with integrated accounting and financial data;
• Experience interacting with external accounting firms;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience building and maturing FP&A routines and structures;
• Experience handling high volumes of analytical and operational demands;
• Strong mindset for automation and efficiency;
• Experience in technology or SaaS companies;
• Experience in international or multi-entity operations;
• Experience with ERP transitions or accounting structure changes;
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
