Job Description

Fractional Social Media Manager

Job Type: Part-Time, Mon-Fri (PST Hours)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Fractional Social Media Manager to own and execute our social media strategy, strengthen brand credibility, and drive meaningful engagement across key platforms.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands how to build trust in healthcare-related industries, create educational yet engaging content, and grow a brand presence with purpose. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

If you thrive in regulated or trust-sensitive industries and know how to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, growth, and trust-building goals
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including:
    • Educational posts
    • Patient-focused storytelling
    • Brand campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure medical accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement, growth, and audience insights
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices — particularly within healthcare and medical tourism

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on social media management experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media accounts, campaigns, or brands managed (healthcare, wellness, or service brands preferred)
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage social media independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and engagement analytics
  • Experience working in regulated or trust-sensitive industries is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical tourism
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging, audience-friendly content
