Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our products and services
- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential risks and issues
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and procedures
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in quality assurance and testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, processes, and methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with testing tools and technologies such as Selenium, JIRA, and Postman
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
