Hours: 40 hours per week; PST

Position Summary:

The Account Executive is a sales professional focused on achieving results, tasked with overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing. This position emphasizes revenue growth, the maintenance of an organized and efficient CRM system, and the use of AI tools to enhance productivity. The perfect candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, and dedicated to achieving long-term success in a distributed team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and qualify new prospects.
  • Reach out to leads via email, text, or calls.
  • Follow up with “lost” leads from previous campaigns to maximize opportunities.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and update the CRM consistently.
  • Track all interactions, tasks, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure no leads are dropped or neglected.

Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Manage the entire sales process: outreach → discovery → demos → closing.
  • Execute sales strategies and campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership on feedback and improvements.

AI & CRM Utilization

  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for automation and efficiency.
  • Adaptable to multiple CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, others) and integration tools.
  • Leverage automation to reduce manual tasks, e.g., follow-ups and data entry.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Support other sales-related tasks as needed (e.g., generating reports, following up on marketing campaigns).
  • Coordinate with executive leadership or other teams when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales pipeline management (preferably full-cycle).
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with AI-enabled tools and adaptable to new CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
