Job Description
This opportunity required an Excellent level of English (mandatory): C1 or higher (you will have a lot of interaction with clients and stakeholders daily).
CI&T is growing and we are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Senior Data Analyst ( BI ) to join our team and lead data-driven solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
-Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
-Develop and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI.
-Model and visualize data in a clear and impactful way.
-Ensure data quality and validate semantic Power BI / database models aligned with business reporting needs.
-Document processes, methodologies, and analysis results.
-Design and build dashboards for Call Center and Operations teams, generating actionable insights.
-Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements.
-Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
-Excellent level of English (mandatory): C1 or higher (you will have a lot of interaction with clients and stakeholders daily).
-Advanced expertise in Power BI (complex executive dashboards, DAX).
-Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, data validation, ad-hoc analysis).
-Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
-Knowledge of Database / Data Warehouse and dimensional data models (star schema, fact/dimension tables).
-Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
-Direct experience working with Finance, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business).
-Knowledge of Python.
-Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
