German Customer Support - Remote in Greece

What you'll be doing

• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

• Help customers with questions, requests, and basic issues

• Provide friendly, professional service and keep customers happy

• Log interactions clearly in our systems

• Work closely with your team when needed

What were looking for

• Fluent German (spoken & written)

• English level B2 or higher

• You live in Greece and can work remotely from anywhere in the country

• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn

Work details

• Schedule: Rotational shifts between 09:00 – 20:00

• Training: 11 paid working days, 100% remote

• Start date: 9 March 2026
