Sophos is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join the Digital Customer Experience team. At Sophos, our customers are at the heart of what we do, and this role is critical to helping them adopt, optimise, and realise the ongoing value of our products and services.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the global Customer Success, Customer Journey Management, and Product teams to help build and execute customer engagement programs to guide customers through onboarding, drive product adoption, support renewals, and unlock expansion opportunities across Sophos’ cybersecurity solutions. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who enjoys turning customer insight into repeatable, scalable campaign experiences that deliver impact. Success in this role looks like improved adoption metrics, higher renewal rates, and stronger customer engagement.
This role reports to the Team Lead, Customer Lifecycle Marketing and is based in the Philippines
What Your Will Do
Build, launch, and optimise automated campaigns across key stages of the customer lifecycle – from onboarding to adoption, retention, and re-engagement.
Use data and customer segmentation to deliver relevant messages based on lifecycle stages, behaviour, product usage, and business profile.
Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to align on messaging, timing, and priorities that maximise engagement and value for customers.
Track campaign performance and KPIs, analyse results, and recommend improvements to drive stronger engagement and business outcomes.
Maintain campaign calendars, accurate lists, campaign request intake forms, and ensure compliance with global data privacy standards.
QA and test campaigns to ensure accuracy, personalisation, and proper segmentation.
Contribute to customer engagement strategies across the Sophos Community and Reddit, helping drive customer engagement and strengthen peer-to-peer interaction.
What You Will Bring
2-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, customer engagement, or a related B2B marketing function.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach with an eagerness to learn and grow.
Basic HTML/email editing knowledge preferred.
Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) is a plus.
