We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of professional staffing experience to join our fully remote national sales team. This role focuses on new client acquisition and expanding market share through innovative service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with prospects and customers
  • Expand MSP for Direct Hire, Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing Services
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build network and generate leads

Requirements

  • 7+ years proven success selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering)
  • Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise Level customers
  • Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
  • Established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry conferences
  • Must reside in the United States
