Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to various departments and assist in daily operations.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for team members.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes and agendas.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on customer service issues promptly.
• Support inventory management by tracking and updating inventory records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
