🎬 Multimedia Editor/Designer (DTC / E-commerce)

Job Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri (PST Hours)

We’re looking for a highly creative Multimedia Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, motion, and digital storytelling. If you love turning brand narratives into scroll-stopping visuals across multiple platforms, this role is for you.

You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives to life through compelling static and motion assets.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce high-quality multimedia assets, including:
    • Static graphics
    • Motion graphics
    • Short-form videos
    • Light video edits
  • Create digital assets for:
    • Paid media ads
    • Organic social
    • Email marketing
    • Websites
    • E-commerce platforms
  • Develop engaging, social-first creative for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other DTC-focused channels
  • Support product launches and campaigns with cohesive visual storytelling
  • Maintain and evolve brand visual systems across multiple brands
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, copy, and creative teams to translate briefs into compelling creative
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Optimize creative assets based on performance insights and feedback

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Experience creating short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce creative workflows
  • Understanding of performance metrics and ad creative testing
  • Experience working across multiple brands or brand portfolios

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or motion design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion-based work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience in DTC brands, e-commerce, or performance marketing (strongly preferred)
  • Solid understanding of social-first and mobile-first creative best practices
  • Ability to take direction while also working autonomously
  • Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
