Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to uncover travel needs, preferences, and budgets

• Present pricing options and close sales confidently

• Research destinations, suppliers, and promotional offers

• Manage reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details

• Upsell enhancements such as excursions, travel protection, and upgrades

• Maintain detailed client records and follow-up communications

• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
